Our Lawn Care Division is focused on Weekly Lawn Mowing Services, Aeration, Fertilization and Weed Control, Irrigation start up and blowout, Landscape Management, Spring and Fall Clean up and Snow Plowing and Snow hauling. Urban Landworks maintains both commercial and residential properties around the metro area.

Description of ServicesThis estimate contains all our Turf Packages, A La Carte Services, Fertilizer + Turf Care Services, and our Snow Plowing Services. If interested, begin by choosing one of our Turf Packages that fit your needs. All our packages are totaled for a whole year and then broken down to a monthly price. You have the option to pre-pay with a discount of 5% if paid by February 15th. If you choose to not go with a package, then select Basic Turf and/or any one of our A La Carte, Fertilizer/Turf Care or Snow Plowing Services.
The Basic Turf Service is billed per visit and does not include any additional services other than weekly mowing. The Standard Package includes weekly mowing, a spring cleanup and a fall cleanup. The package is billed monthly over 7 months. The Premium Package includes weekly mowing, a spring cleanup, 2 fall cleanups, fertilizer program and an aeration and overseed service. This package is billed monthly over 7 months. The Yearly Platinum Package includes weekly mowing, a spring cleanup, 2 fall cleanups, fertilizer program, an aeration and overseed service and snow plowing for the winter months. With this year-round service we offer a pre-pay option with a discount of 5% if paid by February 15th. BillingWe ask all customers to leave credit cards on file, All Credit Cards are stored securely. All customers will receive paid invoices as well as invoices of the services provided for the billing period.
How the charges will work: Any Per Time Services Customers will be charged every Tuesday for the work completed in the previous week. The reason for a delay is to ensure that the service was completed to our standards and that there is no issue with our service. One charge per week will occur. Standard, Premium and Yearly Platinum Customers Charged on the 15th of every month. |
